Mold DNA Screen (HC45)™

The healthcare panel (HC45)™ screens for 45 common and important species of mold.   It is a DNA technique called PCR that is very sophisticated.  It can also tell us the concentrations of these species, so we can see if there is anything unusual going on.   Mold is almost always detected in this test, but we have a database of what is normal for a house.  If the concentrations and/or species are out of line, then we should look for hidden mold growth as a second step. 

It costs more to get the sample results faster, but quicker turnarounds can be done for any test upon request.
